Shipping Policy

Processing Time : All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification. *Please note processing time may differ during holiday seasons or big sales*

Shipping : Please give orders 3-5 business days for shipping (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order is shipping, you will receive an email so you track your package movement.

Lost or stolen packages : We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are out of our hands please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for more information.

Return Policy : We are sorry if you are unsatisfied with your order, we pride ourselves in great customer service so yes we will accept your return as long as :

• Items must be returned within seven days of delivery.
• Items must have original tag attached
• Unworn, unwashed, no rips or stains
• Anything on sale cannot be returned and is FINAL SALE.

Please email us at thekcollections12@yahoo.com with the order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damage or order was wrong.

Refunds : Once we have received and inspect your return, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
